Alexi,
We require payment in advance before an account is created, so this is
perfect for us.

Many ways. Many web hosting clients will never have their active e-mail
with us. So their invoices get e-mailed to an existing off-site address.
Also, many new signups already have an account someplace. Since we require
payment in advance, at least the first invoice gets sent to their existing
address. Probably other ways that I can't think of right now...
