OG can charge based on usage via Usage Imports. As far as I know the Usage
can be of any type.. disk space, bandwidth, time, etc..

Via the GUI or Web Interface.

Via Server Actions. There is a server action for about every "event" in
OG.. create, change, hold, cancel..

The server events fire based on what it is doing. So, if you add a Domain
to a customer's account for instance, it will fire the Create Domain Event,
which can actually be a series of actions. Same with adding an E-mail
address, or login, or any number of things.. the system is quite
flexible. You can even add "Generic" Events that will fire on-demand. We
use this feature to perform an "Update" function in some of our events.
