No it is set to No.

And I screwed up what I told you awhile ago. I got my problems sort of
balled up together. SO let me try agian.

After the domain is created.
CustumerInfo->Services. TrashCan (under domains). Then Maint&Pref ->
DomainUpForDeletion -> Server. However, now I am not even getting an
error, I corrected the DN typo. But it isn't triggering the event which
set as "Cancel Domain".
