Field Labels and defined valuesFrom: Robert Canary Date: Saturday, March 8, 2003
Time: 9:34:55 pmThere are a number of feilds in various setup service setup screens that
I simply do not need. Is ther a way to relabel these so I could use
them diffrently. I know I can put anything in the fields of course. And
I can still reference them in the event triggers, once the event is
programmed the console user never knows the difference. However, it
would be rather confusing to them if they have to put a value in a field
with a label that makes no sense to value being entered.
Also, is it possible to set a server event..IE. Create a Domain
(sequence 4)...which will run when a new domain is created and if a
paticular value is not null. Some doamins will require ftp service to
login and some will not. Therefore I can't set up static scripting for
this if the value will be sometimes null.
Also is it possible, to use dynamic defintions instead of the static
<Value> in the events. Something like a perl syntax
<(EvalThisCondition?AssignThisValueIfTrue:AssignThisValueIfFalse)>
