Shawn:

I am not too sure but that did not answer my question. Does the CD
Signup use the same files after the index.html page as the regular
signup? If they are the same then why do I need two different
index.html pages. Let's cut to the chase here. I am using IEAK to
design a CD, can I use the same online sign pages?

Thanks,

add.html is for non-CD signup signups. A list of all interfaces can be
found at menu.html
