Shawn I like the idea. Send them an embedded URL that takes them into
their invoice and then optionally with a username/password into their
account for other options.. Would be nice to get people to start logging
into their account and looking at things rather than calling all the
damn time.
I guess that logging it into audit would be the spot..
Also would be nice when you are billing a customer by hand to have a way
to flag it for the autotask users to print the invoice (mainly it is the
only machine that prints to the invoice forms)
Also FYI for those of you that use the autoseal forms wait till the 17th
to place your orders they are MUCH better than the old ones.. Just ask
for new forms.. They actually stick together now.

No, I would just like to know if they viewed the invoice that would be
included as a link in the email (as in QB) or something to that effect.
We do not want to switch to Opti and then have to US Mail everyone an
invoice to verify they receive it. A great feature for Opti would be a
way to be notified when the person opens their invoice which would be a
link in the email and when it is accessed a tracker or something is
triggered and sends our sales dept. a notice saying the customer has or
has not viewed the invoice.
Something to think about since we have no of knowing if a customer is
late because they don't wanna pay, can't pay, or simply didnt get the
emailed invoice or as in the case of QB, opened the email but didnt
click on the VIEW INVOICE link.
