Search Again: Invoices not closing w/partial payment. From: Timothy C. Bohen Date: Friday, March 14, 2003 Time: 7:38:40 am Is there an option I need to set or is this just nature of the beast. Quite often "and I haven't found a pattern" when a payment is entered OG isn't closing invoices. Here is an example. Joe has a $20 invoice for Feb. and a $20 invoice for Mar. He pays $20 but no invoices are closed. I would think that the Feb invoice should be closed because its oldest. We most often enter payments through the button on the main menu, but not always, does this matter? Thanks Timothy C.
