Our dialup service is $6.95 per month and we have customers who like to mail a check or money order for $7.00. How do I go about applying that left over nickel to a credit so that next month it only charges them $6.90. We also have customers who like to pay $20.00 and have it apply to as many months as possible, so 6.95 * 2 = 13.90. Which leaves $6.10 left. The third month should show that they only owe $0.85 on their bill. Any idea's?
