You would need to use a field temporarily that is otherwise unused. Put the
cursor in that field, and go to the Scripts menu and select "Replace".
Replace with a calculated result of:

Count (Technical Support Call Activity::Identification)

That will give you the number of tech support calls on the customer's record
(which you can then search for "0"... When you are done, you can flush the
field with a replace again if you want.
