Re: Web Interface DemoFrom: Alan Rader Date: Friday, July 17, 1998
Time: 10:51:07 amWe are planning on setting up a web page that allows users to check their
optigold invoices, balances, etc and change their passwords if they want
too and probably a few other things. But who cares what a user changes
their password too. Just put a warning that if they change it, we no
longer have a record of it and can't look it up. Then if they call in and
say they forgot it, just say okay, give me a new one and I will fix it. If
you have a lot of users and think this would be too taxing on your tech
support, also include a note that says if you change your password and
later forget it and need us to setup a new one it will cost ya $0.00 and
put a value that you think is worth your trouble. Just another way to
bring in a few bucks :)
