never mind...figured out the problem. I had copies of the USR files on my
local drive and the program aws probably reading those files. I deleted
the files and presto..I could see the call activity.

They aren't there then. If you can see Customer Info screen, you can see
any and all call activities that are associated with it.

Tech calls, contact call activity and customer call activity are two
totally different things though... so maybe someone recorded whatever you
are looking for in the tech support call log?
