I called this morning for support, my call was returned by 'Sean' in Sales
who informed me that telephone support was now an optional service which
must be paid for. When did this occur?
I might also mention that this person was totally 'clueless' about OptiGold
ISP, he was unable to answer even the most basic question, and in fact did
not even know who you where; "I think he's an engineer".
Disappointed.
