Shawn,
Our account is setup for online processing. We use the web interface for
them currently, in addition I called to confirm the gateway is functional
and setup properly.

Any other ideas? I only have a BluePay account, nothing else, is this
correct?

Are you sure your account is setup for online processing?

In some testing, we have gotten this:

Merchant is not setup for HTTPS POST processing.
Please contact support@bluepay.onlinedatacorp.com

So you may want to contact them to confirm it is.
