Aha, but what I wanted to find out for example is if let say a customer logs
in into his/her account, is he or she able to open a new ticket using the
web interface? For example let say, user John, has a problem with his email,
he logs in with his user name and password into optigold and then he can
fillup survey, change his address or password, but is he also able to open
up a new ticket for his problem while being on his account in optigold? Or
first the ticket has to be open for that particular user and then he can
view the ticket?

Chris
