Re: Tech support web interfaceFrom: Chris W. Date: Friday, April 16, 1999
Time: 11:42:57 amyeah, I tried it and from what I understand now it works this way.:
tech can connect to optigold and he/she can open up a trouble ticket for a
customer.
but customer cannot see or view it, customer also does not have an option to
add a trouble ticket himself, only admin or tech can do it for him trough
the web interface. Am I Correct?
Thank you.
Chris
