Yes I did and they are as they should be - 3, 6, or whatever months
ahead. When I generate the invoice it shows how much they're paid upto
but just displays a new invoice to pay another 3, 6, or whatever months
again.

Did you check their expiration dates? The expiration date is the date
they
have paid for service up through.
