Well, since nothing is in the space - yeah they're blank ;-)

They aren't block usage customers either.

I just don't want to have to go through each one during invoicing and
omit those who have been invoiced already for a prepaid account.

Are you sure they are blank? If they are blank, nothing will show up
on the
