This is the order it looks up customers to link the email to:

1. If they have an email address listed under their Services screen that
matches the 'From' email address in the inbound email.

2. If their override email address listed under their Customer Info screen
that matches the 'From' email address in the inbound email.

3. If they have an email address listed under their Services screen that
matches the login portion (without domain) of the 'From' email address in
the inbound email.

4. If their login matches the login portion (without domain) of the 'From'
email address in the inbound email.

That is the order it tries to link up. It stops any additional link
attempts after a successful link.
