Whether you can do this depends on the server platform. QuickDNS
Server for classic Mac OS does not have this ability. The BIND name
server does, and that's what QuickDNS uses on most server operating
systems (including Mac OS X).

To configure this on a BIND-based server, open the server options
dialog and open the Query Restrictions pane. This is where you
specify who can make your server look up outside names - you want to
restrict this to your authorized users' IP addresses.
