That is correct.
If you really want to run it on 10.1, contact me off-list. It can be
done, though it's not easy to set up.

* support for dynamic zones, including Active Directory zones
* a couple of new features that are only for those with enterprise
(multi-user) keys
* support for BIND 9.2.0 (previously required 9.2.1 if you wanted to
use BIND 9)
* some of the AppleScripts have been updated a little, to make them
more flexible

Just install over your existing version. There's no special upgrade procedure.
