OK, it's really not that hard if you're willing to use Jakarta/Tomcat
as the web server, rather than as a web server module. Just install
Jakarta, then put the qdns folder inside the Jakarta folder hierarchy
in the indicated place. No configuration is actually necessary.

On Mac OS X, using the recommended Jakarta distribution, the correct
location for the qdns web application is:

/Library/Tomcat/webapps/qdns

If you would prefer to use Jakarta as an Apache module and use Mac OS
X's built-in web sharing feature, I'm afraid you're somewhat on your
own. You'll probably have to do some configuration of Apache, and
maybe of Jakarta as well.
