I know the message ID's are very long. Does Optigold only check so many
digits of the Message ID maybe?

In the meantime, I set Optigold to leave messages on server and then my
Outlook downloads so I make sure I do not lose anything. Tested again
and it does the same thing. Three emails in, one gets captured, the
others are skipped, then I get all three on Outlook.

Let me know if you have any thoughts on this. I really want all mail to
come in regardless.

No clue, unless somehow your mail server is assigning them all the same
Message ID, but I can't imagine why it would do that...
