I'm afraid that won't work. This script worked with the version of
Mac OS X that was available at the time, 10.0.4, but doesn't work
with 10.1 or later due to changes in how AppleScript handles file
access.

This is why the script was completely rewritten for version 4.0. (It
was also renamed at that time to "Back Up Zones".) The newer version
uses algorithms suggested by Apple, and thus shouldn't break in
future operating system updates.

It is possible to adjust the new version to work with QuickDNS Manager 3.5.1.

Running it under Mac OS 9 should work just fine.
