Search Again: Multi-Platform? From: David Schaefer Date: Friday, April 11, 2003 Time: 6:03:30 pm I'm in big trouble. I recently ordered 4 licenses for QuickDNS 4.5. My expectation was that with these I could decide what platform I wanted to install QuickDNS on, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I installed my first one on our OS X Server test box, and have been testing for a week. I went to install the second one tonight for our DNS switch over this weekend on a Linux box, when to my surprise I was told I've exceeded my license. Apparently each serial number is for a specific platform?! Sigh, I am disappointed that Men and Mice don't allow the freedom to switch platforms... -David
