Time: 3:41:20 pmWe presently extract Trouble Ticket data from Optigold. But I have not
been able to find a way to extract the customer name and/or ID
associated with a given Trouble Ticket. How would I construct my
Trouble Ticket extract to include Customer Name and/or Customer ID?
