Re: Missing Zones - Bad to Better...From: Jeff Justice Date: Thursday, May 1, 2003
Time: 4:37:51 pmDon't know what weirdness possessed my machine. Followed your
instructions to the tee TWICE. The second time it worked. All is
well. Slave zones are added.
Little annoyance, but not critical:
Using QDNS Manager for OSX 3.5.1 (connecting to master and slave
running 3.5.3 on OS9), what does the "Connect on Startup" checkbox do?
I thought it used to auto login to the server specified when checked.
Now it does nothing. Is this because I am now using OSX Manager to
connect instead of OS9?
And last, but not least, what is current version of QDNS, what is
upgrade path for my version, how much, and what reasons (if any) should
I upgrade? Or are the new versions OSX only?
After all that, I promise...no more questions for tonight. See, I have
so few problems with QDNS, that I go months in between asking
questions, so I save 'em all up.
