That's what it's supposed to do. Make sure you've turned on the
feature in the preferences.

For classic Mac OS, the last version is 3.5.3. Later versions are
available for Mac OS X, as well as Linux, FreeBSD, Solaris, HP/UX,
and Windows servers.

The current version is 4.5, and work is proceeding on version 4.6.
