Where do I check the make payment option? But this happened to a bunch of
accounts (I still don't know how many!!) so I can't think that it was
anything user related.
I'm just tossing out things as they come to me cause I'm pretty worried
about this.
Also new today, the main receptionist started using a new machine, nothing
special, win2k fresh install I installed Filemaker then Java then OG
workstation 3.2.3 like normal.
This machine entered invoices and payments today.
Its getting late.. I know you probably can't answer this but is it going to
happen tomorrow?? Its messy I'm afraid it might get messier.
I do plan on upgrading to 3.2.4 in the morning so I can try and find the
total messed up accounts.
What if its hundreds.. thousands?? Will I be able to get any kind of support
in fixing them?
Thanks again.

No... The only thing I can think of is the customer's "Make Payment" option
if you allow the customer to make one-time payments. That's the only thing
that has a sub-function that closes invoices. Although I've messed with it
and have not been able to replicate it. Nor have I seen anything that might
branch it into something else.
