Search Again: Where Are DNS Expert Functions? From: Warren Michelsen Date: Tuesday, May 20, 2003 Time: 3:24:35 pm For now, I'm still using QDNS Pro 3.5.1 on Mac OS 9 but I have my 4.x serial numbers and I'm wondering where, in 4.x the functions of the former DNS Expert reside. In order to obtain the functions of DNS Expert, which I'm told have been roolled into QDNS Pro under 4.x, must QuickDNS Manager connect to a QuickDNS server via QuickDNS Remote? Is there no way to just get the functions of DNS Expert to run under OS X short of a full-fledged 4.5 install and conversion to v 4.5? If the answer to the above is yes (must upgrade QDNS Pro to find these functions), then I'm supposing that one can only analyze zones on one's own QDNS Pro servers. Is that correct?
