Yes, it shows as current.

The account will go through the signup, select the services, then finish
with the congratulations screen but will not show the 'you've been billing
and invoice amount section" Go into OG and the account is current, active
and email setup. Billing cycle is their but no invoice.

Web interface section for online signup says to bill to CC and Invoice
accounts.

When the signup is done, is the account status "Current"?
