We seem to have a lot of losers, so let me give an example of one. Joe gets put on hold on May 1st, for being 15 days past due , $20 balance. He finally scraps up enough money on to pay his balance on June 1st, everything is fine but his expiry only rolls to June 1st so he is already past due. Since he was on hold for a month I basically need to credit him for that month and have his expiry roll to July 1st. Can this be done automatically? Thanks Timothy C.
