After dealing with a couple of customers that cussed, whine, complained, threaten to sue and apparently don't like our terms of service agreement (which very clearly describes our policies, and of which some of the policies they broke) I would like to be able to be sure no other ISPs have to deal with them. It would be cool to have a global black list that ISPs can check and not offer service to customers that are on the list.
