Search Again: Web Tech Log From: Jeremiah Megie Date: Monday, June 2, 2003 Time: 10:31:44 am I've noticed that when our support teams log calls via the online tech support page (v3.25), they can type notes as long as they want. But, when they submit the notes, it only captures 234 characters and saves it in their record. The rest of the notes just seem to vanish. I checked the html file but couldn't see a problem in there. Any suggestions?
