Shawn can add a button that, instead of "Check Login", it could be
"Check for Dirtbag" or something... :-) =20

Make it an SQL query event, when you sign-up a user, it checks the
central DBDB (Dirt Bag DataBase). You can pre-define areas you want to
consider a flaggable; non-payment, spammer, abusive, warez, wears
spandex, whatever classifications are decided...
