With domains, we use the services tab to enter the domain name, the IP
address we assigned it etc. We still do the actual server setup by hand
(just haven't gotten around to automating it and I'm sure automated Front
Page setup might be kind of ugly).

With e-mails you can write scripts that will automate the
creation/deletion/holding/release holding of the e-mail accounts. The "New
Server Events" handles this quite nicely.
