If I have OG delete the customer, that does show them that the payment was
not approved.
But is just the generic message "Payment not approved".
Is there some way to pass the rejection message to the customer, so they
know
what the problem was?

Also regarding OG/CCAuth/Surepay, I have OG setup to check AVS
(street+zip+CVV), but if I submit an invalid CVV, Surepay (and thus OG)
doesn't seem to care. When I go to the SurePay manager website, the order
has a "P" under CVV match, which means "not processed". What am I missing
to make OG/CCAuth/Surepay check the CVV?
