I have "Decline Shows Verbose Reason" set to Yes, but I still only get
"Payment not authorized" for the rejection. If I bill an invalid CC from
the Payments screen and view the response code, I do see the proper verbose
code.

The SurePay SDK documents talk alot about CVV matching, so I suspect it
does. Thank you for checking with the CCAuth folks.
