Change Deleted Products'' Info in Batch

We have a lot of customers using the billing cycle products that were
deleted long time age. Recently, we found the setting or details of the
deleted product items were incorrect and want to reset them, e.g. enable
Prorateable feature. Is there a way that we don't need go to each customer
record one by one in order to check his/her billing cycle product is the
desired one and change the setting accordingly?
