I'm evaluating Optigold for an ISP client. Is there any way to create a basic series of manual tasks to be done when a new service is activated? The scenario is that when something like a leased line is ordered, the order needs to be processed manually by the ISP staff, and once it's done they can mark the order complete. Any info appreciated!
