OT Anybody else having trouble with Verisign

This morning we are having trouble getting credit cards to go through, we
get a 102 ( processor not available. We are using Vital and Verisign's
PayPro Flow. I went and tried to run a transaction manually through
Verisign's Manager and got one Decline and the other a 104 ( Processor Time
out). Just wondering if anyone else was experiencing this. Been on hold
with Verisign for like an hour. Or have I got something goofy with Optigold?
