When you say that QuickDNS only responds on the first listed IP
address, do you mean the DNS service or QuickDNS Remote?

The DNS service takes time to notice the new IP interface. You can
speed this up by rebooting, or by quitting and restarting the DNS
service.

QuickdNS Remote should respond on the new interface immediately.
