I accept that a couple of people on this list have had problems previously with Joker and choose to use other registrars whose terms, conditions and service are more suited to their business, I thank them for their warnings. All I can say is that we moved to Joker after endless problems with Network Solutions. Since then we have had no problems. I have changed name server settings, updated contacts, etc all without delay or incident. I admit I have never moved a domain name from Joker to another registrar so can't comment on their performance in that area but I have no plans to move anyway. Cheers Paul
