I have a better Idea for a more productive use of my time: just take
my business elsewhere. I don't have time play registrar security
guard and report those who don't follow the rules.

Let's see having worked among ubergeeks and registrars on a near
daily basis for the most of the last 10 years and myself having gone
down the Internic/Netsol, Joker, etc. path. That and being fairly
active in the anti-spam community. Search news.admin.net-abuse.email
for "joker" and you'll start to get the picture of the rep Joker has
among some of the foremost anti-spam implementers in the world.
Here's a start:

GoDaddy also happens to be pretty much the best registrar around these days.
