equal share of traffic, regardless of capabilities. It does not
provide fault tolerance - web browsers aren't smart enough to figure
that out.
QuickDNS Load Balancing provides asymmetric load balancing and fault
tolerance - if a web server goes down, QuickDNS pulls it out of the
rotation.
