The changes at your registrar have not propagated yet. Given that
their TTL is 172800 (48 hours) for your NS records, it's going to
take a couple days to do so.
Also, your registered secondary dns2.mexhost.com/200.56.255.7 is not
responding to queries, If you can bring it up (at that IP) and slave
it to your new primary, you'll be fine while waiting for the new
master info to spread.
