Shawn stated that this and a combo of FMP6 seems to be the only common thread. I've poked and prodded OptiSkin to see if it in any way could be contributing to this issue, and can't see anything that would cause it (OptiSkin doesn't actually have the ability to close Invoices itself anyway).
