Unfortunately it wouldn't be possible. The A/R report comes in two flavors currently... One is based on the customer record and the balance due for the customer, the other is based on the individual invoices and the invoice total. There is not one that is based on line items on invoices. Although I imagine it's *possible* to make one, I think it would be very, *very* slow because it would have to go through 2 unindexable relationships (Line Items -> Invoice -> Customer).
