Emailing a quote and contact manager questions.From: Jeremy Kinsey Date: Monday, June 16, 2003
Time: 11:59:09 amI noticed that if you print a quote and email a quote, the email quote
looks a bit different. For one it is missing all the price/amounts.
It only shows quantity then total for each item.. The QTY is correct,
but all the "Total" amounts are 0.00.
What am I missing?
Also, when you have a customer/potential in a contact manager and they
need say, two separate quotes, or want another quote for something half
way through the quoting process, I do not see any place to generate a
new quote. We always have to recreate another contact for the same
company.
Also it would be nice if you could generate quotes for existing
customers, or perhaps I am not seeing where this can be done. Again,
we end up going to the contact manager to do this each time.
