Shawn:

Debit and 2 credit cards....same result....the cards are fine if I go
into the verisign manager and do them manually or through the api we
use for our non-isp website.....something is making verisign think that
avs is isn't required, and even though I have AVS Security on in
optigold, OG still accepts the payments...
