Time: 7:00:32 amWe have one user using the web interface now and it seems as though we
cannot Clear call backs in the Tech Support section. If a call back request
was made and the tech finishes the call and click on the "clear call back
request" the button remains and doesn't change to request call back. On the
client interface The Call back needed is still the but the time and date is
missing. The account still shows that a call back is needed. What do I
need to do to check this. It works fine through the client interface. We
are still on V3.0.5
